Conestoga Youth Lacrosse is run entirely by a staff of volunteers who give their time and expertise to our league and the boys who play. We want to thank all of volunteers, past and present, for their commitment to this program and its future.

In accordance with Pennsylvania law (23 Pa. C.S. § 6344.2), Conestoga Youth Lacrosse mandates that all volunteer coaches and assistant coaches provide CYLax with the following clearances before they will be permitted to commence service:
- Pennsylvania Child Abuse History Clearance;
- Pennsylvania State Police Criminal Record Check; and
- Disclosure Statement Application for Volunteers.
If you have not been a resident of Pennsylvania during the entirety of the previous ten-year period, you must also provide a Federal Bureau of Investigation Criminal Background Check (you are not required to obtain the FBI Criminal Background Check if you have been a resident of Pennsylvania during the entirety of the previous ten-year period).
If you have previously obtained the Pennsylvania Child Abuse History Clearance, Pennsylvania State Police Criminal Record Check, and/or FBI Criminal Background Check, CYLax will accept such clearances so long as they are less than 55 months old. All volunteer coaches and assistant coaches must provide a new Disclosure Statement Application for Volunteers. Under Pennsylvania law, all clearances expire after 60 months.
